2.1. AlgoROI offers four trading bot plans with unique profit rates and payout intervals:

Plan 1: Earn 6% to 8% monthly ROI, with profits distributed every 4 hours. The investment range for this plan is $100 to $1,000.
Plan 2: Earn 8% to 10% monthly ROI, with profits distributed every 3 hours. The investment range for this plan is $1,000 to $5,000.
Plan 3: Earn 10% to 12% monthly ROI, with profits distributed every 2 hours. The investment range for this plan is $5,000 to $10,000.
Plan 4: Earn 12% to 15% monthly ROI, with profits distributed hourly. The investment range for this plan is $10,000 to $50,000.

2.2. Bots operate for a duration of 6 months from the date of activation.
2.3. Profits are automatically credited to the user’s account based on the interval defined in the selected plan.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

3.1. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
3.2. Users can cancel their bot at any time within the first 7 days and request a full refund of their investment.
3.3. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided, and the bot will continue operating for the full 6-month duration.

4. Referral Commissions

4.1. AlgoROI provides a multi-level referral system with the following commissions:

Level 1: 10% on referrals’ investments
Level 2: 3% on referrals’ investments
Level 3: 1% on referrals’ investments
4.2. Additionally, users earn 1% daily profit on Level 1 referrals’ active investments.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

5.1. AlgoROI does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees.
5.2. Users may incur standard blockchain transaction fees, which are outside AlgoROI’s control.
5.3. Withdrawals are processed securely and promptly.

6. Risk Disclaimer

6.1. Investments involve market risks, and profits are not guaranteed.
6.2. Past performance of trading bots does not indicate future results.
6.3. Users agree to invest at their own risk and discretion.

7. Compliance with Laws

7.1. AlgoROI operates under the applicable laws and regulations of its jurisdiction.
7.2. Users must ensure compliance with their local laws regarding online investments and cryptocurrencies.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1. Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities, including false referrals or misusing the platform.
8.2. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.
